2. Contact us to place your order

You can place an order by calling our service number directly or by sending an email. When you contact us, please tell us the following information:

• Desired fishing package and possible additional services

• Desired dates for your fishing trip

• Any special wishes or additional questions

3 . Order confirmation

Once we have processed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. If the date you selected is already booked, we will contact you to find an alternative date.

We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. The payment must be made within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation.

Cancellation terms

You can cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 2 weeks before the agreed date of the fishing trip. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
